APP FACTORY / 3…2…1…GO

Map the idea.
Then decide.

A guided, human-reviewed App Playbook helps turn a rough app idea into a clearer product and feasibility plan.

The Playbook request is $321 CAD. Sending the request does not make a payment or start automatic analysis. Cory reviews fit, scope, and timing with you first.

WHAT THE APP PLAYBOOK HELPS YOU DECIDE

See what to build first—and what to check before development.

Understand who the app serves, how a first useful version could work, and which questions to resolve before committing to development.

01

People & problem

Clarify who the app is for, what they need, and the journey it should support.

Takeaway: a clear product purpose and user journey.

02

Market & alternatives

Review relevant alternatives, possible differences, and the evidence or questions that still need checking.

Takeaway: sourced findings and open questions—not a market-share forecast.

03

First useful version

Separate the core experience from additions that can wait or fall outside the first scope.

Takeaway: build first, build later, and not now.

04

How it could work

Map the main product parts and likely connections, with build, buy, or reuse options to discuss.

Takeaway: a provider-neutral starting blueprint for a qualified builder.

05

Risks & questions

Surface assumptions, privacy considerations, dependencies, and what should be validated first.

Takeaway: priority checks before scope is committed.

06

Build path & decisions

Lay out possible phases, cost considerations, and choices that remain open before development.

Takeaway: an informed next decision, not a fixed production quote.

THE DELIVERABLE

An interactive App Playbook you can review and share.

The guided intake gives the review its starting context. The Playbook is the resulting decision package, with a browser/PDF-ready version. Sending a request does not automatically create it.

THREE DISTINCT APPROVALS

Choose each stage before its work begins.

After each review, you decide whether to proceed. The next stage never starts automatically.

  1. 01

    APP PLAYBOOK

    Map the idea

$321 CAD request. Cory reviews the idea; scope and timing are confirmed with you. If you approve the Playbook stage, its agreed cost is paid before work begins. The request itself does not charge you or generate a Playbook.

  2. 02

    PROTOTYPE

    Try a core workflow

$999 CAD prototype offer, scoped and approved separately. If you choose this stage, its scope and cost are agreed with you and paid before work begins.

  3. 03

    FURTHER BUILD PHASES

    Plan what comes next

Production work is scoped in later phases; no fixed production quote is included here. Each phase’s scope and cost are agreed and paid only after you approve that phase, before its work starts. Timing is confirmed at that point.

No service credit is included. A Playbook request does not authorize a prototype or production build.

REQUEST AN APP PLAYBOOK

Start with the problem.

Describe what should exist, who it should help, and what a better result would look like.

  1. Send the starting idea
  2. Receive a reference if the intake confirms it was saved
  3. Review fit, scope, and timing with Cory
